Letchon Kawali

Letchon Kawali for lunch yum yum! I was craving letchon so bad, but i donnu where the heck i could buy letchon in Tennessee! anybody can help? hehe. Anyway the other day I was watching cooking video at youtube and letchon kawali is one of the featured dish so i am really excited to make one. Finally yesterday i boiled the pork liempo(the procedure is boiled and set aside overnight). Then i fried today of course with rice and soysauce/vinegar on the side. Hmmmm delish! I definitely cook some more next time!
