My Best Friend

Husband is my only best friend and I am so proud of him not just he is jack of all trades yet he has a poetic soul too! He said when he is inspired of something he'll put it to writings so he write poems. In-fact one of his poem was published in a book for all poetic individuals around the globe gathered together in one book! And he won the poem of the month. I need to find that book somewhere in my closet to share it you guys! Anyway, i wanna share with you his another poem he wrote back he was a teenager. Enjoy reading! Winks!!!

BEST FRIEND

Do you have someone who is always there,
to pick you up when you’re in despair?
They’re always around when you need them most,
and no matter what, they’re always close.
You can always count on them to lend an ear,
because they will listen without any fear.
They are there for you when the world is closing in,
and always manage to make you grin.
They are everything a friend should be,
and I am sure that you do agree.
You love them so and always will,
because they seem to make time stand still.
Without them you cannot see,
the person they know you to be.
For they are someone that you can depend,
because they are and always will be, your best friend.

Sending my friend a GC!

My childhood friend is getting married a month from now i promised her that i will send a gift to her but she mentioned though that after they will get married they will right away depart to other city where the groom's live so it is practical to just send her cash instead. I thought of gift cards are best idea to give so she and her husband will be the one to decide what they like to get from it. I found online which they customize your gift cards you can upload your personal photos and stuff like that, pretty neat actually! I might get here later on.

How to manage ur finances??

Let's face it, managing our finances is challenging and sometimes it can be daunting. Bills come and go, they seem to be a never-ending part of our lives. We just have to deal with it, well deal with it gracefully at least. I mean if we can avoid all the unnecessary fees and hassles, it would be great right? I came to think about this because as I'm doing my surfing again, I bumped into a direct deposit banking method better known as the Vision Premier Prepaid Visa card with direct deposit. What's nice about this is that they provide more convenient and faster banking options for clients. Our paychecks for example can be deposited right away, even through on line. We don't need to fall in lines and wait for hours. Also, have you experience issuing a check, but then you got insufficient funds, you know you're in trouble right? The fee is sometimes more bigger than the amount but with Vision Premier card all these can be avoided. It's really indeed a safer and better way to manage our accounts. You can also visit them on line to find out more of their services and other deals. Oh, and please tell me what you think about it too. Winks!

Fingers sore!

This is the one I'm talking about in my recent post that i have a second hand round rattan chair from a friend when we had our yardsale that i felt in-love with so husband got it for me, lol! Anyway, i just finished improvising the cushion yesterday that's all i was doing all day sewing it with my bare hands that big huge round cushion as big as our dining table whew! So the aftermath is my fingers are sore and numb because i wanted it to be flawless of hand "tahi" but it's worth the effort though cause the chair look so pretty and it look like a brand new...hmmmmfff! Instead of just plain fabric i opted it to furry material I know it is too flashy bloody red well i meant to be that way bold color so it will popped out to my living area! Kurdapya is just simple OA haha! (Husband even say its Elmo's red, lol) Ohh i just love my round chair been wanting this for a long time glad i found one! winks!

It's been awhile now that my family in the Philippines doesn't have a cable television, we all know how few channels are if we are not cable subscribers right? I bet my sister missed those days when she can just watch her favorite shows and movies over the television and yeah, I know that stinks LOL! Well good news for her, I found out about how she can Watch TV Online for free! There's no hidden fees or what so ever, you can get to enjoy all shows and movies anytime! How cool is that? Now she don't have to bug our Dad to hook back the cable because anytime of the day, sissy can just sit back and relax and Watch TV online. Haha, she's gonna be so happy!

looking for health insurance quotes?

Indeed is a must! One of the hardest things in life is probably getting sick and not being prepared financially. Of course getting sick is one of those unforeseen circumstances but one can be ready in case such emergency strikes. Health insurance proved to be very helpful and reliable for the patient and his or her family. But did you know that there are over 47 million people in the US that are un-insured. Well good thing there are low cost health insurance available on line and one can get it easily and for free. It is also customizable, with different plans to suit ones budget. Why not consider getting one soon?

Acne treatments

When one has an acne, he or she may do everything just to get rid of it. My brother used to have acne before and he even went to some dermatologist, not thinking how much it cost him. But really, what's the best acne treatment among the hundreds claiming to be one? There's an on line site that aims to provide the most comprehensive acne research on all popular acne treatments. They categorized each product by several criteria such as safety, efficacy, value, customer feedback and more. So if you want to know which one is the best, do give them a visit.

The best treat!

Was enjoying my lunch last last Wednesday because i got to ate these combo(crispy bulad, scrambled egg w/tomatoes and ham with bunch of rice!!) that's what am talking about... authentic pinoy ulam haha! I used to eat this meal every breakfast and i honestly heck missed it here so when jerla sent me the dried fish am very happy and excited to fix those again! It was funny though, that day my husband and in laws were at their ongoing work with the house addition and i know there's no way i could fix it inside because of the very foul smell you know well bulad is famous because of its smell though, lol! So anyway, what i did is i brought the skillet outside the grill and there i fried the yummy dried fish then flies were so supportive with me...lol! At least the breeze help deodorised the surroundings. I will fix again some time soon. Thanks manai jerla sa bulad! wink

all about blackhawk

If you're a cop or in the military service, you probably know about blackhawk gear and its importance. But do you know how that much needed life gears came into existence. It all started when former Navy Seal Mike Noell was in the middle of an operation in Iraq. He has to go through the battlefield in the middle of the enemies on foot. His packs failed and his gears failed him. Since then, he made a promise that if ever he gets out there alive, he'd be making durable, quality, and dependable gears to make the lives of a military man easier and safer. That's the beginning of the world-famous blackhawk gear. Speaking of which, if you do need such products, you can have it by visiting LA Police gear online. They have the widest selection of military and police gears, and their deals are great as well. Alright, got to go!

Kudapya's busy week!

I've been very busy the past few days, with all the renovation thing going on here in the house. The never-ending chores of a mommy seems to double this time around. But everything turned out well, tiring yes but truly satisfying. Our weekend so far has been a blast as well. The other day we harvested lots of fruits, vegetables, and crops from the garden. My son Josh also went swimming with his cousins, and of course I was with them too, lol! I never realized I missed swimming that much, not until I jumped into the cold and refreshing waters. Men, it's been more than 3 years since I haven't set foot on the beach. Must say, am missing it so much!

Speaking of the beach, the nearest possible place for us to consider is the Myrtle Beach Resorts in South Carolina. Myrtle Beach is probably the no.1 tourist destination here in the South, no wonder millions of visitors travel there annually. According to my research, Myrtle Beach Resort offers one of the most beautiful coastline, fabulous shopping centers, golf and amusement parks, convention centers, and so much more! My friend actually went there recently and upon seeing all their pictures, all I can say is wow! They stayed in one of the many lovely Myrtle Beach Hotels which she booked online. She said it's easier and faster, and it'll give you the option to choose only the best, accommodation and deals that is. Well maybe we can visit Myrtle soon, perhaps if I keep on bugging husband lol! How I wish to see the beach, missing it much!

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend everyone!

On jewelries

One of the nice things in blogging is that I get to discover new merchants and their products in an instant. I can learn which items are in-demand in the market, which products are safe, and most of all I can find the cheapest deals possible. Right now am surfing for jewelries. I don't plan to get one soon but maybe in a couple of months. It'll be a nice gift for someone I know, and she'll gonna be so happy am sure. Anyway, I landed onto Mulloys Fine Jewelry. They are the leader in the Jewelry industry for decades, and they are known for quality, beautiful, and affordable jewelries. I learned that they carry all designers like Marco Bicego, Konstantino, Scott Kay, Roberto Coin, Ritani, Tacori jewelry, and so much more! Right now they have a fabulous deal on tacori engagement rings and other jewelry items. Their friends and family referral program will allow you to get incentives and earn $100 Mulloys diamond rewards when you refer their shop to someone. All they have to do is mention your name in the order form and they can even get discounts for their purchases too. Sounds great right? Well, I hope you can visit their online boutique as well and check out their jewelries. Winks

Interesting Stuff! you must READ

I got an email this morning and it is really interesting guys and this is very important you should read all from start to finish... ok!

Here it goes:

Yesterday, my youngest daughter, Halle who is just 4 years old, wa s rushed to the ER by her father for being severely lethargic and incoherent in her classroom. He was called to her school by the school secretary who said that she was 'VERY VERY SICK'! He told me that when he arrived at her classroom, Halle was barely sitting in the chair.. She couldn't hold her own head up and when he looked into her eyes, she couldn't focus them. He immediately scooped her up and rushed her to the closest ER, and then called me. When he got there, they ran blood test after blood test and did x-rays, every test imaginable. Her white blood cell count was normal, nothing was out of the ordinary. When I arrived at the ER, the doctor there told us that he had done everything that he could do so he was transferring her to Saint Francis Hospital for further tests. Right as we were leaving in the ambulance, her teacher arrived at the ER and told us that after questioning Halle 's classmates, She had found out that our little girl had licked liquid hand sanitizer off of her hands !!! Hand sanitizer, of all things. But it makes sense. These days they have all kinds of different scents and flavors and when you have a curious child, they are going to put all kinds of things into their mouths. When we arrived at the Saint Francis' Hospital ER, we told the ER Doctor there to check her blood alcohol level, and yes we did get weird looks, but they did it. The results showed her blood alcohol level was 85% -- six hours after we first took her.. There's no telling what it would have been if we would have requested it at the first ER. Since then, her school and a few surrounding schools have taken the liquid hand sanitizers out of all the lower grade classes, but what's to stop middle and high schoolers from ingesting this stuff? After doing research on the Internet, we found out that it only takes about 3 squirts of the stuff ingested to be fatal to a toddler. For her blood alcohol level to be so high, it would be like someone her size drinking120 proof liquor. So PLEASE PLEASE don't disregard this because we don't ever want another family to go through what ours has gone through. Please send this to everyone you know that have children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews or cousins. It doesn't matter what age. This could affect anyone of them .

This can also be verified on truth or fiction, see below... http://www.truthorfiction.com/rumors/h/hand-sanitizer..htm This story was verified at: http://www.snopes.com

Howdy everyone? How's your week so far? Mine's quite busy. The house renovation already started, as of now they're doing the garage concrete and the dining area. Soon enough we'll have a more spacious place for friends and visitors to come over. I hope my cousin and her family will finally decide to visit us here. We've been talking about our plans actually, I really hope it'll push through. Anyway, since I've been busy the whole day, I wasn't able to check on Utah county auto dealers. A friend from Utah was asking for a good auto dealer, she wants to check on them online and learn feedbacks from clients and so forth. Pretty sure Brent Brown auto group can give her all the information and deals she needs. Well, I'll tell her about it. See you guys around!

Skater boys!

One of the sights I enjoy watching here in the States are the boys from the block playing their skateboards. They seem to enjoy it so much even if the stunts are pretty much scary and dangerous. But honestly, I love to try riding on a skateboard. Just to know how it feels though, the glide and all that lol! But I guess am too old for that. Well, if my son Josh will be old enough to be responsible, I'd be very happy to let him have one of those longboard skateboards. Would you like one too? You'll find everything at Warehouse Skateboards, they can even customized it for you. I tell you, they are the coolest! Might as well give them a visit. Winks!

A heart's delight!

There's a song from long ago that said, "Wine makes the heart of a mortal man rejoice, and makes the face shine with oil." If you love wine that much, why not consider getting a wine club membership? Since we celebrate good times and yes, even tough times with a bottle of wine, joining the club will give one the chance to experience first-hand those delightful new labels and products exclusive only to members. As members, you will also be invited to attend special wine tasting and other events at their clubhouse. Get to meet fellow club members as well and of course lots of other goodies. Sounds good isn't it? There's a site I found every wine lover will enjoy, that is WineStyles. It is a national wine boutique with 150 locations across the country. It'll help wine lovers shop wine with ease and simplicity by providing much needed information and most-wanted deals. The benefits of joining the club are fantastic, they will even give free bottles of wine every month!

No doubt, we all love wine. It is after all, mankind's timeless favorite. But everything should be in moderation so make sure to invite friends and family if you wanna open a bottle of wine alright? Winks!

Soon to welcome!

Do you know someone who is about to give birth soon? I do! Two months from now, my cousin Jerla and her family will welcome baby girl Iannah. My friend back in the Philippines is also gonna give birth to a bouncing baby boy a couple of months from now too. I share their joys! What a blissful feeling it is when finally, after 9 months of conceiving you are now able to hold and kiss your baby! It's even happier when your friends and relatives are present during that important day of your life. Well, it's truly one of the joys only a mother can feel. Speaking of special moments in life, wouldn't it be nice if we announce it and celebrate? Yes, of course! Imagine you are the parent of a newborn and you received a very special card from a friend or loved ones. You find out it's a birth announcements invitation and everyone you know will celebrate with you! I was very glad when my in-laws did it to us. There were cakes and balloons and gifts, love it!

By the way, try to visit DoodlebugDezigns.com. I found many unique custom photo announcements for any occasion here in their site. They are all lovely and yet very cheap, I promise lol!

24/7 Spares- a shop you shouldn't miss!

Couple of days ago, a friend was asking for an online shop that sells cheap car parts. She prefers to buy used car parts rather than brand-new ones because it's more budget-friendly. The quality is still very good, and of course since used spare parts are being recycled, we are becoming more environment-friendly. I told her about 24/7 Spares, the most recommended car parts direct warehouse in the Internet. I found their site through search engines and it was top on the list. Pretty sure it's due to their great services and products. They have helped many individuals purchase the items they need through a fast and easy way. I hope they can help my friend too, well maybe now she already requested a free quote from them. By the way, if you're looking for car parts as well, you really should check on their site!

Jars for my sweets!

I'm a certified candy, chocolate lover ever since I learned how to eat lol! When I was just a little girl, I remember not giving my aunt a kiss unless she hands me some candies. Since she loves to pamper me, i'd always have some sweet treats. Now that I'm all grown up, am still overjoyed every time I see chocolates and just looking at my glass jar filled with candies and sweets gives me bliss. Yes, I do have candy jars all over here, one at the living room and in the kitchen. Now I want a new one. I hop into the Jar Store online and I found their glass jars and bowl so pretty and cute! They have all the styles like metro, roman, vibe, bulb, etc. It also comes in different colors, red, green, purple, and the classic crystal! Their wholesale glass containers are indeed the perfect partner for my sweets. And not just that, you can also use it as candle containers and you can even put fumes into it. Oh and they do have scents available too. The falling leaves scents, I wanna give it a try. You may want to have one as well, just follow the links, it'll lead you there!

Log house is COOL

One of the nicest thing living here in the country side is to feel more relax and closer to nature. It's great especially when your home is cabin inspired. Good thing husband knows how to make furniture, he did some log table and several benches before. Speaking of rustic furniture, I found this lovely eastern red cedar rustic table lamp at Scenic Furniture. A family run business selling beautiful log furniture.

They have the widest selection of products for the bedroom, living room, patio, kitchen, and even rustic bathroom vanities. I really like their country home decor, the lamp, it's very neat and cozy. I don't know if the handy man can make something like this but if not, no problem! Now I know exactly where to buy it, in fact it's so easy. Just one of my online escapades kinda thing, lol! Anyway, if you want to bring nature into your home, go for rustic furniture, it's so lovely!
