It could not be

I just found out that mom's friend back home is having some health problems and until now he still has no idea what is it. They said that it all started from ordinary cough, right now he's having difficulty in breathing, becomes weak so easily and sudden unexplained weight loss. I still don't know all the details but they say it's some kinda poisoning or chemical exposure. Oh, it could not be Mesothelioma diagnosis! You know, the asbestos poisoning? I might check out more about this disease. Well I don't know the guy personally but I hope it isn't that serious.

About Acne

I know that having acne and pimples makes someone feel bad and insecure. My brother, my cousin, they used to have acne all over their face and yes, it did made them sad. I guess that for some, when they reach that certain age, teenage years in particular that's when pimples and acne really show up. And for someone who have it, they'll be so interested about acne medications, treatments, and whatever solution. But some treatment work out to some while does not to others, it really depends. As for my brother and cousin, eventually they found the best solution to it and said goodbye to pimples.

LOL, to farming again! i admit i was totally over with the games i played in facebook for almost a year now and i know it is quite awhile already i still remembered my withdrawal moment it was right after i started my online business which is my online store. I was so busy with everything that the last thing in my mind is playing to my virtual games, they're 4 of them that i was really hooked into... yoville, cafe world, social city and of course farm town. But after months of hectic time i realized i need to relax and just be myself i forgot to take a break and that's the reason why i get so stress so i thought of chilling down and maybe one of the thing to do is play farm town..lol! Silly thing right? Just playing it again 2weeks ago at least i know i can managed my time good exactly what i wanna be. Just playing whenever i get a chance of course family is my priority and my household routine you know.

Maximize those funds

Am talking about companies here. For a company to grow and widen out, a sure way to achieve it is by increasing its capital and funds. But sometimes it's really hard to depend on banks alone for they require some complicated criteria. So the solution? asset based lenders like 1st Commercial Credit offers help to undercapitalized businesses. They do so by using a company's account receivable and inventory as collateral. Sounds interesting isn't it? You sure can learn more about it if you visit them online. And feel free to request a quote if you need it.

The Hummingbird's Tongue

Was it designed? Consider: The hummingbird does not waste energy by sucking flower's nectar into his mouth. Rather, it takes advantage of the cohesive forces that cause water on a flat surface to bead up and defy gravity. When a hummingbird's tongue makes contact with nectar, the surface of the liquid forces the bird's tongue to curl into the shape of a tiny straw, and the nectar is drawn upward. In essence, the hummingbird avoids unnecessary effort by letting the nectar force itself up the straw and toward the mouth. During feeding, hummingbirds can refill their tongue with nectar up to 20 times a second!

This "self-assembling siphon" has also been observed in some shorebirds, which drink water in a similar way. Commenting on this ability, Professor Mark Denny of Stanford University, in California observes: "The combination of engineering, physics, and applied math is just wonderful...If you took any engineer or applied mathematician and told them to design a way for a bird to get water from its break to its mouth, they wouldn't have thought of this one".

The question is... What do you think? Did the hummingbird's tiny tongue- with its ability to collect nectar rapidly and efficiently- come about by chance? Or was it designed?

Happy me!

What makes me smiling now? Well lot of things to be thankful and happy about, one of which is my weight loss progress. I started just two weeks ago and I must say that am really doing good, lol! Indeed, diets that work fast do exist and it's true because now I can wear the pants that used to be so impossible for me. LOL! The last time I wore it was before I got pregnant with my second child, then I just threw it inside the closet, wondering if I can ever wear it again. And yes, I made it! This is really so cool, am so excited to share this with everyone but maybe later. More pounds to shed in a couple more weeks and well, I'm finally realizing my goal. Winks!

Online Math Tutor

Having math problems? When I was still in school, mathematics was the subject I hated the most. Problem solving, equations, algebra, calculus, name it, none of them was friendly to me LOL! They constantly gave me head ace and stress. The good thing is I didn't fail any of them though, no matter how difficult that was. Those were the days. But when I come to think of it, my issues with math was because I didn't try to like math in the first place. Maybe if I gave math the opportunity to show its better side, I could have an easier time by then. My advice to students who are having trouble with the subject too, ask for help. There are people who feels the opposite and simply loves mathematics. They can teach you, at least support you explore the subject.

And right now, there are online math tutoring available for you. That's what Tutor Vista offers, the world's leading tutoring company. For instance, 4th grade math, algebra 2, 5th grade math, adding fractions, formula for volume, so on and so forth, students can find all the assistance 24/7, whenever, wherever they are. It's really a good website. The price is very reasonable too and it caters all degrees and mathematical problems. Why don't you try it? I'm pretty sure math can be fun too!

For anyone whose into weight lose and diet, the one million dollor question would be "how to reduce body fat percentage?" LOL! Seriously, in my part I've tried exercise and diet already but I just seem to gain everything back. Then I read somewhere that when you exercise the first 20mins of it is burning energy and not fat. Women According to Geogrqphy

Between 18 and 20 a woman is like Africa, half discovered, half wild, naturally beautiful with fertile deltas.

Between 21 and 30 a woman is like America, well developed and open to trade, especially for someone with cash.

Between 31 and 35 she is like India, very hot, relax, and convinced of her own beauty.

Between 36 and 40 a woman is like France. Gently aging but still a warm and desirable place to visit.

Between 41 and 50 she is like Yugoslavia, lost the war- haunted by past mistakes. Massive reconstruction is now necessary.

Between 51 and 60 she is like Russia, very wild and borders are unpatrolled. The frigid cliamte keeps people away.

Between 61 and 70, a woman is lile Mongolia, with a glorious and all conquering past but alas, no future.

After 70, they become Afganistan. Most everyone knows where it is, but no one wants to go there.

Korean Food

I just found out that japanese cuisine is not bad infact right now they are one of my favorite food next to Korean food. Before i wasn't really interested with their cuisines not until our recent trip to Philippines we had a layover in Seoul, Korea for 16hours so what did you expect us to do on that long period of time? Well, we got a chance to roamed around the vicinity of the airport i tell you it is the biggest and huge shopping place on the planet. Anyway of course we get hungry you know...lol! So instead going to American or Italian restaurant we all agreed to have Korean restaurant what the sense we are at Korea you know haha and there we ordered several good looking food on the menu. Oh my goodness right then when i have the first bite, i fell in love with the food right away it is a perfect combination of sweetness, spiciness, saltiness and a kick that you would love it just melt on your mouth kinda feeling. The plate is so colorful with all the food arts they put, kimchi was a good one! Have you ever tried kimchi yet? if not better try some. Am not trying to be exaggerated but it is true and those who love their cuisines can relate me by now! So after those experienced every now and then i ask the husband to eat at Korean resto can't help to crave their yummy and inviting food! Now i feel like going to Korea for a Vaca... hmmm well who knows, LOL!

Just hopping through websites and thought of featuring the glass tiles store. Men, to think most of the goodies there were perishable, the chocolates my goodness! And the suppose to be best acne products for my cousins, I didn't check the expiration date oh my! It might not work anymore the moment it reach there. If I only know, I'll never choose that carrier. Now am so getting impatient. Sigh.

Earlier just taking pictures of the scenic view we had here in our town. It is so nice to see all those beautiful trees changing colors and can't believe about how they are falling already! Falls just recently started and we can see some of the trees are lifeless at all! Here's some of the pictures i took while the husband is driving. We went to the lake and park 30minutes drive away from home but it took us longer because of stopping here and there for me just to snap shot a spot! wink.

It's not even funny

To read and see all those advertisements on the best diet pills flooding my inbox right now lol! It makes me confused, so better yet not try it. I'd still go for the natural method in losing weight, diet and exercise. But why is it that every time I see weight loss programs, I bookmark the page? Well maybe because I know that some day, I might need some information from them. Who among you does the same? If you're into losing weight, am quite sure you can relate with me.. haha!

Flies by so fast. I can't even believe we just came home from a vacation! Now the end of the year is fast approaching. Am beginning to see outdoor Christmas decorations already. The breeze is getting colder and colder and before we know it, another year has passed by. Just can't help but smile. Lots of good times and happy moments that seemed to be just a dream, and to me it came true. I know it's still to early to think of it, but definitely I'm looking forward to what's in store for me, for us next year. Indeed, time flies by so quickly.

Convenient way to shop

Online shopping wasn't part of my vocabulary, not until I moved here in the States. The husband introduced it to me for his a certified one. I used to be so skeptical because knowing myself, I gotta get the product that meets my standard. But then I tried, and ever since then I came to love shopping online LOL! What makes it more exciting? Because your options are limitless. You can hop by different shops with just a few clicks and their products are unique along with great deals and special offers. You just got to make sure of the source so you won't be disappointed you know. Speaking of, Shopwiki is among the leading choice for online shopping. It works like a search engine. Anything you want from appliance, home goods, beauty prioducts, apparels, car seats for babies and toddlers, convertible car seats, toys, electronics, name it they got it!

I've tried dropping by their site several times and through them I've met my favorite shops in the internet. I just love this kinda thing! It inspired me to make an online shop for myself, my business nowadays. Winks!

The Brooklyn Bridge

Do you know the story behind the spectacular Brooklyn Bridge that stands today? Found out about it just now and loves to share it with you. An inspiring story of a man who never had a doubt of the power of his dreams...

In 1883, a creative engineer
named John Roebling was inspired by an idea to build a spectacular bridge
connecting New York with the Long Island. However bridge building experts
throughout the world thought that this was an impossible feat and told
Roebling to forget the idea. It just could not be done. It was not
practical. It had never been done before.

Roebling could not ignore the
vision he had in his mind of this bridge. He thought about it all the time
and he knew deep in his heart that it could be done. He just had to share
the dream with someone else. After much discussion and persuasion he managed
to convince his son Washington, an up and coming engineer, that the bridge
in fact could be built.

Working together for the
first time, the father and son developed concepts of how it could be
accomplished and how the obstacles could be overcome. With great excitement
and inspiration, and the headiness of a wild challenge before them, they
hired their crew and began to build their dream bridge.
The project started well, but
when it was only a few months underway a tragic accident on the site took
the life of John Roebling. Washington was injured and left with a certain
amount of brain damage, which resulted in him not being able to walk or talk
or even move.

"We told them so."

"Crazy men and their crazy dreams."

"It`s foolish to chase wild visions."

Everyone had a negative
comment to make and felt that the project should be scrapped since the
Roeblings were the only ones who knew how the bridge could be built. In
spite of his handicap Washington was never discouraged and still had a
burning desire to complete the bridge and his mind was still as sharp as
ever.
He tried to inspire and pass
on his enthusiasm to some of his friends, but they were too daunted by the
task. As he lay on his bed in his hospital room, with the sunlight streaming
through the windows, a gentle breeze blew the flimsy white curtains apart
and he was able to see the sky and the tops of the trees outside for just a
moment.
It seemed that there was a
message for him not to give up. Suddenly an idea hit him. All he could do
was move one finger and he decided to make the best use of it. By moving
this, he slowly developed a code of communication with his wife.

He touched his wife's arm
with that finger, indicating to her that he wanted her to call the engineers
again. Then he used the same method of tapping her arm to tell the engineers
what to do. It seemed foolish but the project was under way again.
For 13 years Washington
tapped out his instructions with his finger on his wife's arm, until the
bridge was finally completed. Today the spectacular Brooklyn Bridge stands
in all its glory as a tribute to the triumph of one man's indomitable spirit
and his determination not to be defeated by circumstances. It is also a
tribute to the engineers and their team work, and to their faith in a man
who was considered mad by half the world. It stands too as a tangible
monument to the love and devotion of his wife who for 13 long years
patiently decoded the messages of her husband and told the engineers what to
do.

What the world needs to know

About Multiple sclerosis or MS. Pretty much you know about this certain kind of disease already. But did you know that some categories of people are more likely to acquire it while others are not prone. Studies shows that people who lived farther away from the equater has more chances of having it like those from Canada. On the other hand, ethenticities like Hispanic, African Americans, and Native Indians seem to have a natural immunity. The reason? Well, the skin that's exposed to the sun which develops more vitamin D are not inclined to develop MS.

It means that a healthy daily dose of vitamin D is a good MS treatment along with proper MS diet and lifestyle. Kinda interesting to find out facts about MS. People who lives in a warm climate sometimes takes the sun for granted and even complain how cruel it is. But apparently, having the sun in your skin is a good thing after all. What do you think?

My husband told me am so over exaggerated with all the emotion I've had i missed my mommy who always taking care of me when am sick, my sister who gives me massage and my grandmama who make me some yummy soup! :-( all those made me down hearted. But am glad am so much better now and life must go on thanks to my husband and his parents. Last weekend we went to olive garden and that's where i recharged my self! lol. We are planning to go to seafood market this weekend and get me some fresh crabs and prawns! Looking forward to that!! Wink.
